SERVICE – NEW Open RO Lookup Screen’s

We have made an enhancement on the Open RO Lookup Screen in the service module, Program 3 & 5. 

We will begin the rollout to all dealers in the next few days.

SALES AND F&I

In the upcoming weeks, we will begin activating the NEW Vehicle Merchandising Inquiry at all dealers

In the meantime, if you have not already activated it, we have created some terrific step by step instructions to activate the new Vehicle Merchandising Inventory Inquiry enhancement. Documentation and Videos will easily take you through turning it on and they are all available on the AMU Portal Message and Reference Centers.

ACCOUNTING OFFICE

It’s that time of year again! Read up on our suggested Year-End guidelines for Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. Also – information on W2 and 1099 Forms Ordering as well as the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Printing Subscription Work Order. All are available on the AMU Portal Message Center.

2017 FINANCIAL STATEMENT UPDATES

The 2017 Financial Statement updates are now available on AMU Reference Center for the manufacturers listed below. To access these documents, search using keywords: 2017 FS Updates.
