What’s NEW in this UPDATE? Announcements

By request from our customers, we are launching “What’s NEW in this UPDATE?” announcements on the AMU Message Center when Auto/Mate deploys the monthly and / or weekly software updates. These announcements will contain a list and descriptions of the enhancements included in the release. If the update is only designed for background system maintenance, we will tell you that as well. Check out your AMU Message Center for the end of September update announcement.

 

Unified Name Database Enhancements

Info/Mate Online Documentation is Retiring!

Effective October 3, 2016, the Info/Mate Online Documentation portal has been discontinued. Check out your AMU Message Center for details.

The New Vehicle Merchandising Inventory Management

If you have NOT already activated the new Vehicle Merchandising Inventory Management program, you have until December 31, 2016 to do so. We have step by step instructions (documents and videos) on how to activate and use the program. Check out your AMU Message Center for details.

 

ACCOUNTING OFFICE

 

Accounting and Payroll Year-End Information

Starting in October, the Accounting and Payroll Modules Year-End information will be posted on the AMU Message Center. This includes the annual W2 Ordering Information & ACA Form Printing Subscription ordering form. Look for the announcement in your AMU Message Center in October.

 

Financial Statement Updates

The yearly Financial Statement updates will now be posted in AMU Message Center. These updates will be posted by OEM to ensure your message center does not get cluttered with OEM updates that does not apply to your dealership. Check out your AMU Message Center (OEM group) in December for details.

 

The NEW Cash Receipts Module
